Abstracts maximum extension is 300 words; they must include: objectives, methodology, results, and conclusions. Additionally, they must indicate the title of the proposal (in capital letters) and the name of the author or authors, his/her or their institutional affiliation, contact information (e-mail and address), as well as the thematic area to which the author(s) suggest to register their presentation. Although presenters will suggest at least one thematic field, it will be the Scientific Committee who will decide the thematic registration for each work.
Proposals
will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee, and results will be notified
with sufficient anticipation. The deadline for abstract submission is December 15, 2014. The response will be
issued no longer than February 15, 2014.

Topic-panel
Additional to the abstracts
presentation, it is also possible to organize a topic-panel, which includes four
(4) presentations. There will be one
or two coordinators for each topic-panel, who are responsible for sending the
required information for the evaluation of the proposal.
An abstract about the topic-panel must
be sent (no longer than 250 words) including an abstract for each paper with an
extension no longer than 300 words. The latter must include: objectives,
methodology, results, and conclusions. Each participant will be granted 20
minutes to present his/her work; after all presentations, there will be 30
minutes for questions.
The
